Through your dollars
at work in your local community meet some of the people you
have helped.
Riverside is proud of its diversity
and the perspective that comes from inclusion of its constituents
in our communitys economic, social, and political decision-making.
Many of the concerns faced by the greater Riverside area can
only be solved with the coordinated energy and ideals of all
of the people. The Blueprint
for Volunteer Diversity Leadership Development Program
helps prepare the people in the program for the experiences
they will have after graduation from the program.
The Blueprint for Volunteer
Diversity Leadership Development Program identifies, trains
and supports members of ethnic, racial and other underrepresented
groups to become effective, knowledgeable members of nonprofit
boards and public-sector commissions. The 8 week training
program concludes with a graduation and also prepares organizations
to successfully involve these newly trained volunteers.
