Energy Program

The Energy Program is a program that helps people needing assistance (during the winter) with their energy bills. People needing assistance must work through an agency, not United Way of the Inland Valleys. Most agencies make appointments to fill out applications, and there are established income and other guidelines for the program. People seeking assistance can get this information from the participating agencies. The funding for this program is not United Way funding, it comes directly from The Gas Company, The Edison Company and their stockholders and customers.
