Leadership Society Giving Programs

United Way of the Inland Valleys Leadership Giving is comprised of three programs. Please consider giving at the leadership level this year.

Alexis de Tocqueville Society

The Alexis de Tocqueville Society is a national association created to celebrate individuals who demonstrate generosity and leadership through philanthropy.

By supporting United Way of the Inland Valleys with a personal annual gift of $10,000 or more, members of the Society reflect commitment, foresight and dedication to improving our community.


Landmark Society for Community Caring

The Landmark Society recognizes exceptional generosity.With a personal contribution of $1,000 or more an individual can qualify for membership and receive recognition as a member of the United Wayof the Inland Valleys Landmark Society for Community Caring program.

Landmark Society for Community Caring has four giving levels which gives a donor an opportunity to step up to the next level of giving.

Platinum: $7,500 - $9,999

Gold: $5,000 - $7,499

Silver: $2,500 - $4,999

Bronze: $1,000 - $2,499

Landmark Society Members receive a beautiful Leadership Giving lapel pin, signed and numbered Landmark lithograph print by local artist Judy Field, their names listed in the United Way Landmark Society Register, Campaign Celebration Program and Annual Report (unless they choose to remain anonymous).


Young Leaders Society (YLS)
Age 40 and under giving $500 or more

The Young Leaders Society recognizes individuals under 40 who support United Way of the Inland Valleys with a personal gift of $500 or moreannually.

Young Leaders Society members are recognized throughout the campaign as emerging leaders and receive a beautiful YLS pin along with personal recognition in the United Way Campaign Celebration Program and Annual Report (unless they choose to remain anonymous).


500 Club

500 Club Members contribute $500 - $999 annually and receive a 500 Club Member Pin along with personal recognition in the United Way Campaign Celebration Program and Annual Report (unless they choose to remain anonymous).
